As a specialist in regulatory and packaging compliance, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the necessary standards.Key Responsibilities:Analyze EU and national packaging legislation to identify compliance requirements.Develop practical workflows and data structures to implement regulatory requirements.Evaluate packaging formats and supply chain details to classify roles and responsibilities.Review product-level documentation to understand how brands verify compliance with EU standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compliance questionnaires, decision trees, and user-facing explanations.Requirements:2–5 years of experience in sustainability or compliance roles.Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Packaging Technology, or a related field.Demonstrated experience with Conformity, EU harmonised standards, or technical documentation linked to product/packaging compliance.Strong knowledge of EU packaging regulations, EPR systems, and circular economy policies.Practical understanding of how brands manage packaging specifications and coordinate compliance with suppliers and converters.Ability to interpret legislation and transform it into operational rules or structured decision logic.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.The opportunity to work on challenging projects that drive business growth.Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.
