We are seeking highly qualified and dedicated professionals to join our Faculty team in the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) programs.The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, guiding research projects, and contributing to the academic development of the institution.Teach B.Sc program courses in the respective specialization as per curriculum guidelines.Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.Design lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods.Supervise practicals, experiments, and laboratory work.Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities.Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.Participate in curriculum planning, academic improvements, and departmental activities.Mentor and counsel students for academic and career growth.The ideal candidate should possess a Master's Degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks and at least 2-15 years of experience in higher education teaching/research.Key Responsibilities:B.Sc program course delivery in respective specializationsLecture preparation and delivery, tutorials and lab sessionsCurriculum design and evaluationPractical supervision and student guidanceStudent performance assessment and departmental participationProfessional requirements include a postgraduate degree and significant teaching/research background.
