Computational Biologist

Scientific Expert in BioinformaticsWe are seeking a highly skilled Computational Biology/Bioinformatics Specialist to work on projects involving raw sequence analysis and systematic interpretation of downstream data.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing novel pipelines to optimize omics analysis implementation across core service areas, including genomics data analysis, drug repurposing, biomarker identification, patient stratification, disease modeling, and data integration.This involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders in drug discovery and development, presenting results and scientific hypotheses to internal and external parties, and staying up-to-date with relevant scientific and technical advancements.Key qualifications include a Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field, strong track record of scRNA-Seq and other Omics (NGS) data analysis, and experience with programming languages, data management, and analytical software.The selected candidate will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of PhD-level scientists and be accountable for day-to-day operational activities of Omics (NGS) related projects.
