This role involves developing impactful event content, securing expert speakers, and ensuring the overall success of our global expos.Key Responsibilities:Research and Development: Conduct thorough industry research to identify key trends, topics, and speakers relevant to our expos.Agenda Development: Create engaging conference agendas, ensuring timely and topical content.Speaker Management: Source and secure high-level speakers, panelists, and moderators from the financial and fintech industries.Collaboration: Work with internal departments to align conference content with overall event branding, marketing, and sales goals.Logistics Management: Manage speaker communications and logistics, ensuring a seamless experience pre-event, onsite, and post-event.Data Management: Maintain and update speaker and agenda details across all event platforms and materials.Event Execution: Support the on-site execution of conferences, ensuring sessions run smoothly and on schedule.Feedback and Evaluation: Gather feedback from speakers and attendees to enhance agenda quality and relevance.Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor events and suggest enhancements to maintain HQMena's leadership position in the industry.Requirements:1–3 years of experience in conference production, content creation, business journalism, or related roles.A strong interest in the financial, fintech, or trading industries.Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and interpret industry trends.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with senior executives and thought leaders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or CRM tools is a plus.Bachelor's degree required; Communications, Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Willingness to travel internationally for conference execution and speaker management.Why Join Us?Competitive SalaryGrowth OpportunitiesHealth & Wellness Benefits30 Days of Annual LeaveCompany-Sponsored Travel for EventsVibrant and Collaborative Work EnvironmentThis is an exciting opportunity to create world-class content experiences and contribute to the success of our global expos.
