Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling narratives, build community engagement, and drive the growth of Aiko’s decentralized ecosystem. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to develop and execute effective social media strategies that amplify our brand presence and engage our community.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

·      Develop engaging, platform-specific content, including graphics, videos, and copy for social media platforms such as Twitter (X), Instagram, LinkedIn, and Discord.

·      Collaborate with design and animation teams to integrate 3D assets into marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.


Community Engagement:

·      Foster and maintain relationships with Aiko’s community through interactive posts, polls, and gamified events.

·      Respond to audience queries, moderate discussions, and encourage collaboration within our ecosystem to build a strong, active community.


Content Scheduling and Planning:

·      Maintain a social media calendar aligned with product milestones, industry trends, and key public holidays.

·      Develop creative strategies to highlight Aiko’s features and narrative across various social media platforms.


Campaign Management:

·      Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for token drops, NFT launches, and community contests.

·      Track campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize engagement strategies and achieve marketing goals.


Analytics and Reporting:

·      Monitor and analyse performance metrics to assess campaign success and community growth.

·      Utilize analytics tools to generate actionable insights and recommendations for the marketing team.


Trend Monitoring:

·      Stay updated on Web3, blockchain, gaming, and digital marketing trends to craft innovative marketing ideas.

·      Identify opportunities to position Aiko as a thought leader in the decentralized gaming and blockchain space.



Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create content tailored to different social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Blade).
  • Passion for Web3 technologies, gaming, and NFTs, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of blockchain, NFTs, and tokenization concepts is advantageous.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or community management.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing engaging content and campaigns.
  • Previous experience in a start-up or tech-focused environment.
