Lead GenAI ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to guide our teams & projects in building and implementing advanced systems based on Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) mechanisms.Job Description:As a Lead GenAI Expert, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and end-to-end development of AI solutions that align with business goals and technical standards. This involves designing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade LLM/AI applications in cloud environments.Responsibilities:Design and develop AI solutions that meet business needs and adhere to technical standards.Mentor the development team, conduct code reviews, and implement engineering best practices.Collaborate closely with AI Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver effective and efficient AI solutions.Make architectural decisions regarding AI solutions and frameworks.Define and implement best practices in GenAI/ML models lifecycle and ML operations/LLM operations.Optimize AI models and systems, analyze performance, and scale solutions in cloud environments.Gather technical requirements and estimate planned work.Ensure code compliance with best practices in AI solutions development.Create technical documentation.Present solutions, concepts, and results to internal and external clients.Requirements:Proven expertise in Generative AI (GenAI).Experience in developing high-performing, scalable AI applications in cloud environments.Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to make architectural decisions and implement best practices.What We Offer:We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and innovation.
