Procurement ProfessionalWe are seeking a skilled Procurement Executive to secure reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable supplies of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel Oil (PKO)Key Responsibilities:Map and segment suppliers including smallholder farmers, cooperatives, mills, and traders.Develop balanced sourcing across local and regional suppliers evaluating import options when needed.Build long-term supply programs seasonal plans and forward coverage aligned with S&OP.Supplier Management and Negotiation:Negotiate prices volumes delivery terms and payment terms aligned to cash-flow targets.Lead supplier onboarding and required documentations.Create supplier development plans including training agronomy/FFA reduction yield improvement and safe practices.Procurement Operations:Execute daily/weekly buys of CPO/PKO/PNK.Coordinate with logistics and vehicle management.Ensure incoming materials meet refinery specs.Quality Compliance and Traceability:Implement sampling testing and claims processes with QA and labs.Maintain traceability systems and support RSPO/ISCC audits.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.5-8+ years in agri-commodity procurement preferably palm oil/edible oils in West Africa.Strong understanding of palm oil quality metrics and refinery needs.Hands-on experience with ERP systems advanced Excel and data analysis.Smallholder engagement experience is a requirement.
