Job Title: Chief Large Language Model Operations ArchitectDelivering tailored solutions for organizations requires a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their deployment, scaling, and monitoring. As Chief Large Language Model Operations Architect, you will design, implement, and scale our LLM operations infrastructure to ensure seamless integration with data science, research, and product teams.The role demands expertise in MLOps and cloud-native architectures to guarantee the successful deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of LLM solutions at enterprise scale.You will be responsible for:Designing and implementing scalable infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, deployment, and inference of LLMsEstablishing best practices for model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and lifecycle managementImplementing safety guardrails, compliance standards, and bias mitigation frameworks to ensure responsible AIPartnering with cross-functional teams to streamline LLMOps workflowsBuilding automation pipelines for retraining, dataset updates, and version managementEvaluating tools and frameworks to improve performance, reduce latency, and optimize costsTo excel in this position, you will need strong expertise in LLM deployment, scaling, and monitoring, along with proficiency in MLOps frameworks, hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, and solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable infrastructure for LLMsCollaborate with data science and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of LLMsDesign and implement effective monitoring and alerting systemsEvaluate and recommend tools and frameworks for improved performance and cost optimizationRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in MLOps and cloud-native architecturesStrong expertise in LLM deployment, scaling, and monitoringProficiency in MLOps frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and containerizationExperience with cloud-native platforms, such as AWS or GCP
