Job Title:Data Engineering SpecialistAbout the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled data engineering specialist to join our team.We are seeking a talented individual who can design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and platform services using Python, Apache Spark and Databricks.The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and managing notebook-based workflows for data processing, analysis and automation.In addition, they will build and optimize data integration workflows and reusable components for ingestion, transformation and orchestration.They will deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and reliability.Furthermore, they will implement and maintain cloud-native solutions on AWS, GCP or Azure.This is a challenging role that requires strong problem-solving skills, collaboration and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable data pipelines and platform services using Python, Apache Spark and Databricks.Develop and manage notebook-based workflows for data processing, analysis and automation.Build and optimize data integration workflows and reusable components for ingestion, transformation and orchestration.Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and reliability.Implement and maintain cloud-native solutions on AWS, GCP or Azure.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.4+ years of progressive experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer or Platform Engineer.Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced distributed engineering environment.Desired Skills:Strong experience in Python for data engineering, scripting and automation.Solid understanding of Apache Spark and distributed data processing.Experience working with notebooks (Jupyter, Zeppelin or Databricks).Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration, workload deployments and scaling.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers.Professional development opportunities.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to us.
