Japanese Language Specialist

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Translator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expert-level Japanese language proficiency and be able to analyze training needs, coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors, and ensure the proper execution of training sessions.The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the number of sessions needed to train trainees, initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation, and organizing training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability.They will also need to communicate and inform employees about opening dates of training sessions, calibrate and coordinate with the Offsite team for any changes/updates in the training event/program, and support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required.Key Responsibilities:Determine the number of training sessions required based on trainee needs.Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability.Communicate and inform employees about opening dates of training sessions.Calibrate and coordinate with the Offsite team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required.Requirements:Expert-level Japanese language proficiency.Ability to analyze training needs and coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors.
