Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and Node.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications and will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development. This role requires a deep understanding of modern web technologies and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front-End Development:
  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
  • Back-End Development:
  • Develop, test, and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Create and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.
  • Integration & Deployment:
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed.
  • Set up and manage cloud-based environments for deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Propose and implement improvements to existing processes and systems.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong experience with React.js, including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux), and component lifecycle.
  • Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and building RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with serverless architecture (e.g., AWS Lambda).
  • Familiarity with TypeScript and GraphQL.
  • Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
