We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Manager to join our team. This role will play a vital part in supporting the growth of our organization by managing everyday financial tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining accurate records.Key Responsibilities:Compliance Management: Review and finalize statutory compliances under Income Tax Act, GST Act, Companies Act, and RERA Act.Tax Returns: Review and finalize GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, and Income Tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Regulatory Updates: Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and real estate regulatory requirements, and implement necessary updates in company processes.Filing Management: Track and ensure timely filings with MCA, RERA, GST, and Income Tax authorities.Notice Management: Coordinate and respond to statutory notices, assessments, and audits from GST, Income Tax, and RERA departments.Vendor Compliance: Oversee vendor and client tax compliance including TDS, GST reconciliation, and input tax credit management.Financial Reporting: Support in preparation of financial statements, project cost analysis, and MIS reporting for management review.RERA Compliance: Ensure compliance in project registrations, quarterly updates, and disclosures as per RERA requirements.Audit Support: Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants to ensure smooth closure of audits and assessments.In this role, you will provide advisory support to management on tax planning, risk mitigation, and regulatory matters in the real estate sector.
