Effective Communication CoachWe are seeking a skilled Effective Communication Coach to join our team.About the Role:The Effective Communication Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance associate performance. The role involves training associates on soft skills, voice and accent, language or behaviors defined by clients, and conducting regular monitoring and tracking of their performance. Key Responsibilities:Train Associate Teams: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance soft skills, voice, and accent, as well as language or behaviors defined by clients.Conduct Monitoring and Tracking: Regularly monitor associate performance and track deviations from expected standards.Assess Training Needs: Identify areas where additional training is required to fill performance gaps.Provide Coaching Sessions: Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to help associates improve their performance.Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits on communications and soft skills to identify areas for improvement.TNA and TNI: Successfully conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) exercises on a monthly basis.New Hire Training: Train new hires on effective communication, soft skills, and cultural aspects.Benefits:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization.
