Job Title: Freelance Paid Social Media Ads Expert (B2B)

Location: Remote

Hours: 10-20 hours per week

Rate: $10-15/hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paid Social Media Ads Expert to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience running B2B social media campaigns and a proven ability to deliver measurable results. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across various social media platforms, focusing on driving engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms such as , Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant channels, with a focus on B2B objectives.
  • Create compelling ad copy, design strategies, and target audiences to maximize campaign performance.
  • Optimize campaigns by analyzing key metrics, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to ensure ongoing improvements.
  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other performance testing to continually improve ad effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with trends and best practices in social media advertising, and apply them to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns, particularly in the B2B space.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media ad platforms, analytics tools, and performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive ad copy that drives action.
  • Experience with A/B testing, reporting, and data analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt strategies based on data insights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with additional ad platforms such as TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or others is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
