Quality Assurance AnalystWe are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.The role involves creating test plans, executing test cases, documenting results, and collaborating with development teams to improve product quality. Our QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that our software applications meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.Responsibilities include:Test planning and documentation: Analyze business requirements and technical specifications, develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Test execution: Execute manual and automated test cases, validate functionality, performance, and usability of applications, document test results and log defects in the tracking system.Defect management: Identify, report, and track defects through resolution, work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues, retest fixes and ensure proper resolution.Quality control and process improvement: Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and SDLC process, participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.Collaboration and communication: Work with product owners, business analysts, developers, and project managers, provide regular updates on testing status and risks.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).Hands-on experience in manual testing.Basic understanding of automation tools (Selenium, Postman, Cypress is a plus).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Bonus points for prior experience with:Agile/Scrum methodologies.Automation testing.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QA professional to take their career to the next level.
