Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Implementation Specialist

Dynamics 365 Functional ConsultantAs a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting finance process design, configuration, and rollout for our organization.Collaborating with business owners and development teams, you will refine the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solution to meet our business needs. Working closely with stakeholders, you will advise them on how to transform their business using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities and translate this into technical requirements.Oversee the implementation of F&O projects from start to finish.Design, manage, and implement multiple functional aspects of the solution.Work with the technical team to turn business requirements into customer-focused solutions.Experience with functional testing, end-to-end process testing, and integration testing using Postman.Key RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations technologies and capabilities, including out-of-the-box features and limitations.Demonstrated experience in SCM & Finance modules and willingness to explore other modules.Full implementation lifecycle experience of ERP-based programs within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and knowledge of supporting business processes.Experience in facilitating workshops to gather and document user needs and translating them into business processes and a product backlog.A passion for delivering according to an agile methodology, planning projects, and releases in sprints, writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.An understanding of the broader Microsoft stack and ability to leverage it to create powerful solutions (PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365) in fast-paced Agile environments.QualificationsA minimum of 5-6 years of relevant functional experience.
