Lead Data Migration Specialist

SQL Server Data EngineerAs a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the conversion of Oracle Fusion to Salesforce. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.Develop and implement ETL processes for migrating data from Oracle Fusion into Salesforce.Design and maintain staging tables, mappings, and transformation logic to align Oracle Fusion data structures with Salesforce objects.Analyze the Oracle Fusion data model and map it to Salesforce standard and custom objects.Implement robust data validation and reconciliation scripts/reports to ensure completeness and accuracy pre- and post-load.Optimize SQL queries and jobs for performance and scalability on large data volumes in SQL Server.Collaborate with onsite Salesforce functional/technical teams to ensure alignment on object models, required fields, and data constraints.Troubleshoot and resolve dataload issues, referential integrity problems, and performance bottlenecks during mock cycles and cutover.Maintain technical documentation (mapping documents, conversion design, runbooks, data dictionaries).Proven experience as a SQL Server Data Engineer.Excellent understanding of ETL processes, data validation, and reconciliation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.We are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion.
