Performance Marketing SpecialistWe're seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketer to join our team.In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create and implement cutting-edge campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Pmax), YouTube and other digital channels.Your responsibilities will include:Cross-channel campaign management, A/B testing & ROI optimization, Programmatic advertising campaign implementation, Digital channel exploration & new media (blog networks, native advertising).Data insights collaboration with the content team, Ad copywriting, testing, and campaign optimization, Google Analytics goal setup and tracking/conversion pixel optimization, Extensive data analysis based on key metrics.You'll be working in small groups, each responsible for driving company success. We consider everything an experiment, from our structure to growth hacking tactics, prioritizing culture and values.We strive for a great balance of teamwork and a family-like atmosphere.
