Job Description:
The Pre-Sales Executive will work closely with the Field sales to gain a deep understanding of client needs, develop impactful presentations and documentation, and effectively present our product solutions to prospects and customers.
To succeed, you'll need strong technical and presentation skills to gather requirements, configure solutions, and demonstrate how our offerings deliver significant business value.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Team Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to prospect, qualify and close deals throughout the sales journey.
Discovery calls: Gains keen understanding of customer pain points and proposes relevant solutions.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
POCs: Work with customers to define scope and execute POCs.
Proposal Preparation: Aid in the development of proposals and quotations.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Responsible for analyzing the competitor solutions.
Technical Support:Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and can be successfully implemented.
Risk Management: Identify and manage both technical risks throughout the sales process.
Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services.
Collaborate with the sales team on RFPs, bids, and proposals, focusing on solution sizing, technical specifications, and other requirements.
Sales Materials Development: Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials, including technical documentation.
Creating new samples, DEMO, and Videos on use cases that are tapped untapped using dummy data.
Requirements:
4 years of experience in the fintech industry in pre-sales role
Deep understanding of the BFSI sector
Experience giving demos to customers
Demonstrated ability of leading successful POCs
Ability to match solutions to relieve customer pain points
Experience working with customers in India and SouthEast Asia markets.
Strong Communication Skills - fluent in articulating thoughts in English.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Maths or Statistics)
Meticulous attention to detail and quality.
