We are growing by diversifying our portfolio, Miles has other business verticals Futurense (Tech JV), MedSkills (Healthcare JV,) Mojo Campus (Student Housing JV). We’re also working on an ambitious new initiative (moon-shot) to disrupt higher education - Miles Campus.

Our target revenues for the upcoming fiscal year is INR 500 crores+ and we will continue to be profitable. We are bootstrapped but we’re expecting fund raising and are a soon-to-be-unicorn (“soonicorn”)

-Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
-Oversee SEM, social media, email, and content marketing efforts.
-Manage and optimize social media profiles for brand awareness.
-Plan and execute campaigns to promote products and drive traffic.
-Strategically plan, execute and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
-Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns.
-Collaborate with the content team for compelling content aligned with SEO.
-Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements for better results.
-Manage digital marketing agency relationships.
-Plan and execute a digital marketing calendar.
-Measure ROI on all digital marketing budgets.
-Rationalize website content for digital marketing.
-Track customer lifecycle Journey from awareness to conversion.

Requirements :
- Bachelor & degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master‘s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (4 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Solid understanding of the digital landscape and market trends.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
