Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior User Experience Designer role located in Bengaluru. The Senior User Experience Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered products and services that align with our company‘s vision and values. The Senior User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing user feedback, generating fresh ideas, developing visually engaging designs, and prototyping user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

User Research:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviours.
Analyze research findings to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

Create wireframes and prototypes for digital products, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly design.
Iterate designs based on feedback from cross-functional teams and end-users.

Interaction Design:

Develop interactive and engaging user interfaces that align with business goals and user expectations.
Collaborate with developers to implement and bring designs to life.

Usability Testing:

Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze testing results and implement necessary adjustments to enhance the user experience.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated design process.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Stay Updated:

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.
Share knowledge and insights with the team to contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications
Experience in Design Thinking and User Research
Experience in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) Design
Experience in designing user interfaces and prototyping
Proficient in tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar prototyping tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative-thinking skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Experience in working with cross-functional teams in an agile and fast-paced environment
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
Minimum Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, or related field
