Ability to articulate technology content that can be understood by different persons such as business leaders, industry influencers, technology leaders and technology developers.
Ability to convert content to stories so as to engage the consumers of the content
Organize and manage knowledge / technology content generated so that it is easily accessible and up to date
Check for accuracy and consistency in both the product and the documentation.
Adapt to a fast-paced industry and modify duties and objectives as needed.

Qualifications:

Content writer with more than 8 years of experience (3+ years of experience as a Content Writer in a software development environment)
Proficiency in documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Markdown.
Familiarity documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Sharepoints).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with managing and organizational content
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Experience in creating infographics to share the workflow processes and complex content clearly and effectively
Ability to multitask and collaborate.
