Job Post: Junior Architect (0-2 year’s experience)

We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior Architect to join our Architectonics | The Design Studio. As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the design and planning processes. Your proficiency in Revit will be instrumental in creating detailed models and technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team of architects and designers to develop innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
- Utilize Revit software to create 3D models, design iterations, and construction documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of architectural plans, elevations, and sections to communicate design intent effectively.
- Participate in design meetings and contribute fresh ideas to enhance project outcomes.
- Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, and new technologies to support design decisions.
- Visit project sites to gain valuable insights and ensure design compliance during construction phases.
- Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality architectural work.

Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in Revit Architecture & Autocad software, with hands-on experience in architectural modeling and drafting.
- Knowledge of other design and rendering tools, such as SketchUp & other 3D rendering softwares (Twinmotion, Lumion , D5 render) is advantageous.
- Strong creativity and design sensibility, with a passion for sustainable and innovative architectural solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- A portfolio showcasing your architectural projects and proficiency in Revit is required.
