Purpose of the Role
● Build a comprehensive understanding of processes within the CXO office and execute
initiatives, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
● Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for metric tracking, ensuring accurate and
timely insights are available to the CXO team.
● Identify opportunities for productivity improvement through process automation and
simplification, working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to implement
solutions.

Principal Responsibilities
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and coordinate
among multiple stakeholders.
● Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides is essential.
● Familiarity with SQL and Python is considered a plus, but not mandatory.
● Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
● Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them
to completion.
● Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
