Profile brief:
Experience: Minimum 14 years
Education: BE/ME in Civil
Location: Guwahati, Assam 
Capabilities, Roles & Responsibilities:
Overall ownership of Project Management of design/PMC projects for Guwahati office
Ensuring error free & timely submission of design/PMC project deliverables
Manpower planning, recruitment, mentoring & grooming the team and ensuring a professional, ethical work culture
Providing fund flow projections to the Financial team and ensure healthy cash flow
Monitoring expenses, controlling costs by optimal utilization of resources to prevent budget over-runs
Maintain all PMU documents and ensuring the same for the team
Support in preparing Business development documents (EOIs, RFPs, Proposals, Presentations)
Client relationship, liasoning with Govt. agencies and act as the single point of contact for all the stakeholders

General Capabilities:
Experience of working in architectural design firms, construction companies, Consultancy firms, Start-ups, MSMEs and other Public sector organizations preferable
Experience in Healthcare Infrastructure Planning, PMC/design execution of hospitality/hospital projects, preferable
Willingness to travel across all Indian states and abroad
