Biling:

- Invoice Generation: Prepare and submit invoices to clients based on the agreed-upon billing schedule, including progress payments and
fin al invicing.

- Change Order Management: Document and process change orders for any modifications to the original scope of work, ensuring accurate adjustments to billing
and cotracts.

- Billing Documentation: Maintain organized billing documentation, including invoices, change orders, payment receipts, and correspondence with clients
an d subconractors.

- Timely Billing: Ensure invoices are submitted promptly and accurately to maintain positive cash flow for the p
r
oject an company.

- Identification of Non-Tendered Items: Identify items that were not included in the original tender or contract but are necessary for th

- Cost Tracking: Track the costs associated with non-tendered items, including materials, labor, and any ad d

- Budget Impact Assessment: Evaluate the impact of non-tendered items on the project budget and schedule, and communicate any dev
iat ions to projec stakeholders.

- Procurement Management: Coordinate the procurement of non-tendered items, including obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, a n
d managing delvery schedules.

- Change Management: Ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followed for incorporating non-tendered items into the project scope, including updatin
g c
o ntracts and biling accordingly.

4. Communicationand Collaboration:

- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors regarding estimation, bi
lli ng, and tracking ofnon-tendered items.
