Job Description
• Closely Monitor website performance and ensure the right content is showcased across all touchpoints
• Enhance product visibility by optimizing existing product titles, keywords, descriptions, and prices.
• Proficient in managing product images across various marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, etc.
• Maintain close oversight of inventory levels to minimize product stockouts.
• Manage pricing strategies and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline e-commerce operations.
• Supervise the day-to-day functioning of the e-commerce platform.
• Ensure accurate and engaging product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize product assortment and inventory management.
• Implement and uphold effective product categorization and navigation systems.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling content and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs using analytics tools.
• Generate regular reports to offer insights into e-commerce performance and support data-driven decision-making.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Proven experience in e-commerce executive roles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in various e-commerce platforms domains like analytics, and CRM systems
