Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Ghaziabad
Salary: INR 3 LPA
Makoons Play School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in Ghaziabad. As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the human resource functions of our organization, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, to support the growth and success of our play school.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to promote a positive work culture and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Coordinate and facilitate employee performance evaluations, providing guidance and support for performance improvement.
Assist in payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and workforce planning strategies.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Requirements:
Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master‘s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar role (minimum 3 years).
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with HRIS systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
