Job Profile:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager/ Dy. Manager Internal Audit with notable 3-6 Years of relevant experience in Business Process Auditing, Designing internal controls, Risk assessments, compiling compliances report for Business units in corporates. The incumbent should have knowledge in design and ability to review RCM(s) for critical business processes
The right candidate must have experience in carrying out Audit on Tally/SAP ERP
The Job Role may require travel out of India (Middle East & Africa)
The position is based out of our corporate office in Gurugram, Haryana, India
Job Responsibilities:
Testing of Internal Controls at defined frequency and report findings & recommendations for the correction of noted control deficiencies and improvements in business processes
Tracking & follow up for timely closure of reported Open Action Plans.
Continuous testing of closed / implemented action plans to ensure effective addressal of the issues.
Ability to design and review RCM(s) for the critical business processes.
Execute risk based internal audits.
Execution & Reporting of Analytical and Risk Based Internal Audits.
Identify issues and make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
Interact with key business channel / process managers, management and sometimes with external consultants, and external auditors.
Draft audit reports and have closure discussion with respective project / process owners and other relevant stake holders.
Experience of doing audit on Tally/ SAP ERP
Good communication skills in Hindi/English.
Candidates with experience in with similar industry will be given preference.
Open to travel out of India (Middle East & Africa)
Experience And Skills :
The candidate must have 3-6 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit.
