About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Lead located in Mumbai. The Tech Lead will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to technical leadership, including overseeing project development, leading a team of developers, managing technical resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

The Tech Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and maintain high-quality standards in software development.

Requirements

Proven experience of 5+ years in Full Stack development

Mandatory skills:

Nodejs, Next Js, React and Express Js
Mobile frameworks - especially Flutter
Postgresql, Graph QL
AWS EC2, S3, SES, RS,
Other server tech frameworks Docker, Redis and Linting

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
Maintain and upgrade the software following deployment.
Manage the end-to-end life cycle to produce software and applications.
Oversee and guide the analysis, writing, building, and deployment of software.
Oversee automated testing and provide feedback to management during the development process.
Modify and test changes to previously developed programs.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
Master or a Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience in the toy, e-learning or education industry is a plus
