About noon

noon, the region‘s leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

noon’s mission: Ring every doorbell, everyday.

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we‘ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we‘re driving major missions forward.

As a Content Specialist, we seek an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting engaging content. With a blend of creative flair and technical writing skills, you‘ll develop visually appealing content and informative product guides to drive purchasing decisions. Your ability to edit product descriptions, conduct keyword research, and ensure consistency across platforms will be key in increasing web traffic and maintaining brand integrity. Below are the primary responsibilities :

Develop creative and visually appealing content with the perfect blend of creative and technical writing skills.
Research and compile informative product buying guides to influence purchasing decisions.
Edit product descriptions and supportive text, and imagery throughout our e-commerce website.
Participate in team meetings and product training.
Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
Ensure all-around consistency (targets, writing guidelines, and tone).
Bring new, exciting ideas and ways of communicating/engaging with our communities .
Execute all content to high standards and always align with brand guidelines.
Stay ahead of trends with engaging, authentic content.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing or relevant work experience.
4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Previous fashion & e-commerce experience.
Proficiency in major digital and print platforms.
A portfolio to showcase your work is desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
