Responsibilities
Lead the design projects from conception to completion while ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and standards.
Develop and execute original concepts for visual designs, including but not limited to web and digital media, print materials, branding, and promotional campaigns.
Work closely with the strategy, copy, and production teams to create cohesive designs that effectively communicate our brand’s message.
Uphold and evolve the company’s brand standards and guidelines across all marketing materials and platforms.
Overlook and maintain design quality on design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team.
Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance the brand’s visual and creative output.
Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and meet project objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience, with a proven track record of leading design projects to successful completion.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in various design mediums and styles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)
Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
