Job description:
Work with leadership to build and manage the vision of Customer Engagement & Experience suite at Netcore.
Understand the market, customer needs and the competition.
Propose the key product differentiations in the short-term and long-term.
Work on feature prioritization, while balancing the immediate needs of the clients and the long-term vision of the product
Write user stories, creating PRDs, building wireframes, building product interface, tech grooming – to ensure that the product and engineering teams together build a product that:
Is a delight to use by our clients
Provides a magical personalized experience to our clients’ customers
Delivers an ever-increasing, and quantifiable increase in revenue to our clients
Makes it increasingly easy for our clients to integrate the product
Work with cross teams to ensure success of the product in the market:
With sales: enabling them with the right sales collateral for the product
With marketing: enabling them with the right marketing collateral for the product
With customer success: enabling them with features, tools, and expertise to deliver a great first-time experience, and a consistent subsequent experience to the client
What we look for?
Good understanding of B2B SaaS – Martech products and how they integrate.
Familiarity with APIs and API testing and tools like Postman, Swagger etc.
Prior experience using some of the following products: Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Segment, Zappier, Branch, Tealium, Treasure data is a plus.
ML-AI familiarity with solid number-crunching capability.
Understanding of how basic algorithms work, and the measurement of their success.
Passion for building products backed by research, user interviews and competition study.
Passion for building products that deliver a great user experience.
Good understanding of product development from an engineer’s perspective.
Ability to form solid bonds with people across different functions.
