Responsibilities & Required Skills:
· Prior experience with Coveo search platform implementations in enterprise environments, understanding of Coveo‘s architecture, components, and functionalities is must.
· Proficiency in configuring and managing Coveo Cloud and crafting advanced search queries.
· Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues in Coveo deployments on AWS.
· Ability to optimize Coveo performance by fine-tuning AWS resources, indexing strategies, and search configurations.
· Familiarity with Coveo usage analytics and relevance tuning techniques.
· Understanding of Coveo REST API for programmatic interaction with Coveo services.
· Proficient with Nodejs and Microservices based architecture is a plus.
· Good understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure) and services is a plus.
· Experience in Containers (Docker/Kubernetes) based deployment and management is a plus.
· Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Experience in Agile/Scrum software development process is must.
