Job Title: Sales Executive - Fragrance

Location: Mumbai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Springfield Aromatics. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Acquisition: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and articulate their value propositions to potential clients.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently delivering exceptional results.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt and refine sales strategies.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our products & Services.
QUALIFICATION:
Minimum experience 2-3 year in the relevant field.
Proven experience as a Fragrance Sales Executive or relevant role in the Industry is a plus.
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
