Technical Writer
Location: Pune
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Mandatory Skills: Madcap Flare/ Robo Help/ Adobe framemaker, API Documentation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Create high-quality and comprehensive technical and functional documentation deliverables for global audience.
Interview SMEs, explore the product, and study the existing reference sources for requirement gathering.
Exposure to agile work environment
Create effort estimate and task plans for documentation.
Create suitable content elements like illustrated screenshots, diagrams, tabulated content, procedures, infographics, access points, and others.
API documentation experience and exposure to API documentation using Swagger or other tools.
Able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork.
Good knowledge of industry standard authoring tools, publishing tools, graphics tool, and repository tools. (MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Visio, TechSmith Snagit, Confluence, Git, etc.)
Take end-to-end ownership of documentation tasks from planning to delivery.
Certification in Technical Writing- good to have.
