About the Role:
As the Solution Delivery Leader, your primary responsibility will be to lead and supervise the effective delivery of technology solutions internally. This entails managing a team of solution delivery professionals, ensuring that projects are completed within established timelines and budgets, and upholding optimal levels of user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management:
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure project milestones are met and that deliverables meet quality standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Cross Functional team , acting as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders, Functional SPOC’s needs and develop tailored solutions.

Resource Allocation:
Assign resources to projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements.
Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed.

Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
Proactively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status and potential challenges.

Quality Assurance:
Implement best practices for quality assurance and quality control in project delivery.
Conduct regular project reviews to ensure compliance with standards.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the delivery team.

Preferred Candidate Profile :
Must have practiced Agile methodology . Tech stack in use at our end – Java, NodeJS, Python, React, MSSQL, MySQL, Azure Kubernetes.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology solutions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
