Location: Pune & Bengaluru

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience, majorly in delivering AI/ML/ NLP / deep learning / data-driven statistical analysis & modelling solutions to multiple industries.
5+ years of people leadership and team building expertise.
Well versed with Generative AI technology, primarily on AWS and Google Cloud platforms.
Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and other Generative AI capabilities/ offerings like Vertex AI Conversation and Search, model fine-tuning, etc.
Knowledge of Generative AI techniques including but not limited to, Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and advanced language models like GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Scikit learn, etc. and other open source libraries/APIs or similar developed on Vertex AI and/or Sagemaker.
Knowledge of Google Suite helpful.
Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Effective independent judgement and decision-making ability.
Able to analyse complex situations and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities:
Lead from the front as a hands-on subject matter expert, architecting and crafting scalable solutions, and driving project delivery excellence across the organisation.
Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to turn business goals into technical solutions.
Define best AI/ML driven practices and AI lifecycle, keeping in mind the Responsible AI guidelines.
Coach and mentor the team as we build scalable data and machine learning solutions.
Ensure that the team is upskilled and undergoes certification as per the upcoming technology requirements, on a regular basis.
