We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandising Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow our business.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute merchandise strategies that align with the company‘s overall goals and objectives
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities to increase revenue and profit margins
Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement promotions and pricing strategies
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the product assortment is relevant and meets customer demands
Manage inventory levels to optimize sales while minimizing inventory holding costs
Monitor and track competition to stay up-to-date on market trends and adjust strategies as necessary
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure a steady flow of products and sales
Manage a team of merchandisers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements:
Bachelor‘s degree in merchandising, marketing, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing and developing a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
