Job Summary:
Purple Quarter is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the marketing team and contribute to the success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs.

Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Proficiency in Canva and Mailchimp
Strong understanding of video editing and motion graphics
Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
Ability to create engaging and visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

What You‘ll Do
Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
Emailer & Newsletter Design
Design captivating social media creatives and professional decks incorporating visual elements that effectively communicate key messages.
Designing Profiles, Videos, Annual Reports and Event collaterals.
Designing E-books, brochures & various print collaterals
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align designs with marketing strategies and brand vision.
Contribute ideas and concepts to enhance the overall design aesthetic and user experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
Ensure design consistency and quality across various platforms.
Mentor junior designers/interns, fostering a culture of creativity and strategic thinking.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of relevant experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing their creative abilities and previous work. Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor‘s degree in Graphic Design or related field
