About the Job
Job Title: Lead - Project Controls (Urban Development)

Location: Headquarters, Mumbai

The Management Recruitment Group are proud to be retained exclusively to appoint the post of Lead Project Controls for our client, a leading Global Real Estate Developer based in Mumbai.

Budget: 40-50 LPA

Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project schedules, monitor progress, and provide regular updates.
Conduct cost forecasting, analysis, and control activities to ensure project financial health.
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports on cost performance, trends, and forecasts.
Maintain project schedules and assist in devising recovery measures for projects facing challenges.
Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance, communicating reasons and proposing solutions.
Review project schedules for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contractual requirements.
Coordinate project risk assessments and provide timely status reports to management.
Oversee regional project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
Support project teams in addressing delays, challenges, and critical issues.
Lead efforts to align schedule, cost, quality, and risk for efficient project delivery.
Engage with Finance & Accounting for accurate financial reporting.
Participate in schedule review meetings and coordinate with design and procurement teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor‘s degree in Civil Engineering and PG in Construction Management.
Demonstrated experience in project controls or related roles in real estate or industrial parks.
Proficiency in project management software like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Project management certification (PMP, CAPM) is desirable.
