Job Title: Pre-Sales Specialist/Bid Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration and Pipeline Management:
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to drive the company‘s pipeline and achieve sales targets.
Assist in prospecting efforts by conducting thorough market research and providing insights to identify potential clients.
Run targeted campaigns to enhance market presence and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Market Analysis and Sales Strategy:
Analyze market potential and competitor behavior to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Provide valuable product knowledge and insights to the sales team to support decision-making and customer engagement.
Bid Management and Proposal Development:
Lead the bid management process from initiation to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met and proposals are of the highest quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.
Write clear, concise, and compelling proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
Conduct thorough research on clients, competitors, and industry trends to inform proposal content and strategy.
Develop and maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and other resources to streamline the bid process.
Relationship Building and Customer Engagement:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and effectively positioning our solutions.
Tailor products or services to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Content Marketing and Thought Leadership:
Create engaging blog content on industry topics, company updates, and thought leadership pieces.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop content calendars and coordinate the posting of blogs and other content across various channels, including our website and social media platforms.
Reporting and Pipeline Management:
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to the management team.
Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Qualifications:
Previous experience (2-4 years) in Sales/Business or business development, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA degree (not mandatory).
Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, and/or presale roles.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging content.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive team environment, with a commitment to equality and fairness.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
