Summary

Atom is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce systems related to Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Billing.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and maximize the use of Salesforce to meet the organization’s goals and provide best-in-class service for our customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
Collaborate with cross functional team members to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions.
Implement custom and out-of-the-box functionalities on the Salesforce platform.
Ensure best practices are followed in design and development.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and fix bugs in Salesforce applications.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features.
Provide technical documentation and training to end-users.

Required Skills:

Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components.
3+ years of dedicated Salesforce CPQ/Billing experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ/Billing capabilities, best practices and limitations as well as the ability to communicate these to stakeholders.
Strong technical skills with Salesforce flows, validation rules and profiles/permissions
Advanced experience with price rules, product rules, advanced approvals, quote templates, quote terms, etc.
Familiarity with CPQ JavaScript Plugins / Quote Calculator Plugins

Familiarity with integrated financial systems linked to billing aspects of the Quote to Cash journey.
Proficient in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
A minimum of 1 latest Salesforce certification is a must..
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
