Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

As a Psychiatrist at Synapse Mindcare you will have the opportunity to work with both new and follow-up patients, manage our Mindcare center, conduct therapy and counseling sessions, and participate in outstation visits as required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide psychiatric assessments and evaluations for new and follow-up patients

2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team

3. Manage the Mindcare center, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to best practices

4. Conduct therapy and counseling sessions using evidence-based approaches

5. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support patient well-being

7. Participate in outstation visits to provide psychiatric services as required

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree from an accredited institution

2. Valid medical license

3. Proven experience providing psychiatric care, preferably in an outpatient setting

5. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7 Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

8. Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care
