Job Description for Faculty at Robotic labs
(Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Coding, 3D Printing and Experiential Learning)
Core Competencies:
Should be able to manage students in a closed environment.
Should have a high level of patience while conducting classes.
Technically sound with latest updates in field of technological advancements specially AI
Adaptability, assimilation and imparting techniques in terms of hands on knowledge transfer
Details knowledge of structuring, implementation, execution and monitoring of agenda wise sessions
Differentiation understanding of theoretical and practical classes
Must be a thorough bred professional academically in bridging gaps between School Management, Students, Guardians and other stakeholders.
Experience in Learning and Development (L&D), Research and Development (R&D) and New Product Development (NPD)
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering
Experience:
At least 2/3 years in a similar position as Faculty either Online and/or Offline. Offline is preferable.
Other details:
Should be ready to part of Project team to get School Labs up and running
Ready to mobilize to Geographies when needed in short notice.
Ready to take up instant assignments by School and Management
Accept challenges and ensure constant reports out to Management on a daily basis.
Have to be punctual, professionally presentable, well groomed.
Should be proficient in English and Local Language. Hindi proficiency in the Hindi speaking belt would be preferred.

Salary: 3-5.0 Lakhs per annum plus Accommodation.
