Role - Associate Director - Dynamic CRM
Experience - 12 years plus

Job Summary:

The Dynamics CRM Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for our customers. They will lead a team of developers and consultants in designing and delivering solutions that meet the Customer‘s needs and improve their processes.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with Customer‘s requirements and best practices.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and define solution specifications.
3. Manage a team of Dynamics CRM developers and consultants, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
4. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules, entities, workflows, and forms to meet business needs using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 customization tools.
5. Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CRM and integrate with other systems.
6. Perform data migration and integration tasks to ensure seamless transition to Dynamics 365 CRM from legacy systems.
7. Ensure compliance with security and governance policies, including role-based access control, data encryption, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
8. Stay updated on new features and capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM and related Microsoft technologies, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
9. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage resources to ensure timely delivery of solutions within budget and scope.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master‘s degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (7+ years) implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.
3. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
4. Experience leading a team of CRM developers and consultants, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
8. Knowledge of security and compliance standards, including Microsoft 365 security and compliance center.
9. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate are a plus.
