Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech.

Tools Experience Required:
Creo, Cetol/ 3DCS/ Vis VSA or any 3D Tolerance analysis software, PDM link, MS office

Skills:

-Dimensional Variational Analysis- DVA
-Dimensional Management

Skill Requirements:
Perform Dimensional Management activities. (Dimensional Variational Analysis)
To Define Correct Part/ Assembly Datum and Locating Strategy.
Define and Calculate Gap/Flush target requirements.
Perform 2D/3D tolerance calculation for Part/ Assembly
Build Tolerance simulation/analysis models in 3D software environment.
Pre-Tolerance document, which captures datum targets and GD&T callouts of the component.
Maintain and perform analysis according to Measurement Points document.
Monte Carlo simulations (sigma, STD DEV, Contributors analysis)
Attend project regular meetings, understand and gather necessary inputs, resolve queries.
Interact closely with local and onsite counterparts, ME engineers, suppliers, etc.
Plastic and Sheet metal components manufacturing process knowledge.
Measurements tools knowledge – CMM, OMM, X-Ray and Measurement report analysis
GD&T Drawing reading with functional dimensional scheme
Tolerance Stack calculation for all critical functional and craftsmanship requirements.
Review of Measurement System in line with GD&T.
Review of Checking Fixture scheme in line with GD&T
Experience with automotive assembly processes
Reliable, self-motivated, team player
Organized, with proven ability to work autonomously and under tight time constraint.
