Position Title - Senior Technology Manager - GRC & Application
Location - Bangalore - HO
Experience - 12-15 Yrs
Qualification - MTech./MS/MCA in Computer Application with Deep knowledge & experience in SAP Security across SAP Landscape and SAP GRC

Roles & Responsibilities:

The job purpose of a Senior Technology Manager GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) & core SAP & Business Applications typically involves overseeing and managing various aspects related to technology governance, risk management, compliance frameworks, and application enhancement and maintenance tasks within an organization.

1. SAP Security & GRC-
- Experienced with Segregation of Duties (SOD) resolution and Controls Access , SOX experience in an SAP environment , SAP License monitoring , Internal / external , global application and statutory audits will work closely with internal P&CI team, global /internal / external audit team ,brewery teams and HO .

2. Support Audit Activities -
- Drive adherence to audit requirements for each quarter and the overall year
- Discuss with ICFR team to remediate/mitigate risks in the SAP system
- Provide all data/information required by audit teams (SAP, internal and ICFR) as required

3. Application Maintenance & Enhancement
Requirement Gathering and Solutioning:
- Collaborate with business/function stakeholders to understand their requirements in detail; Probe and question to clarify understanding and finalize requirements, as required., lead technical resolution of the same in coordination with internal team or the development vendor .Close feedback loop with enterprise lead for need of a new capability
- Identify the controls required based on the requirements delineated by stakeholders such that change requests are minimal.
- Simplification and automation, application modernization - Identify opportunities to reduce the time/effort spent by the end user on the application –Manage change and release process - Partner with user teams to identify changes/improvements, create change requests and oversee seamless implementation through the development life-cycle.
