Job Summary :
The Director of Recruitment and Talent Management is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company‘s growth goals. This role will lead a team of recruitment professionals, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and retains high-caliber talent.

Key Responsibilities :

Employee Development:
Create and manage a comprehensive employee development program to enhance skills and promote career growth.
Identify training needs and design training programs to address skill gaps.
Monitor the effectiveness of development initiatives and make continuous improvements.

Performance Management:
Implement a robust performance management system, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
Ensure the organization‘s performance management process is fair, transparent, and tied to individual and organizational goals.

Succession Planning:
Develop and maintain a succession planning framework to identify and prepare future leaders within the organization.
Collaborate with department heads to identify high-potential employees and create development plans.

Talent Analytics:
Utilize data and analytics to make informed talent decisions and provide insights to the executive team.
Regularly assess and report on key talent metrics and KPIs.

Employee Engagement:
Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Compliance and Legal:
Ensure all talent management practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Keep abreast of industry trends and legal changes affecting talent management.

Talent Acquisition:
Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the organization attracts and selects the best-fit candidates.
Develop and implement effective talent sourcing and selection strategies.
Foster strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.
