Role: Testing and Validation (Cell and Battery)

We are seeking a highly interested and motivated Engineers from Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / ECE (B.Tech) to join our dynamic team. As a Testing and Validation (Cell and Battery) area team member, you will play a crucial role in the testing of battery and cells for our innovative energy storage solutions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists to ensure the performance, safety, efficiency of our battery and cell testing. If you have a passion for Battery manufacturing and commitment, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

the basic principles of electrical engineering, especially related to batteries, circuits, and power systems.
with battery manufacturing processes, including electrical components in the battery and packaging.
in using testing equipment such as battery tester equipment etc.
to design and conduct tests to assess battery performance, capacity, cycle life, and safety.
and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that batteries meet standards and specifications.
Standards as per Functionality and Safety requirements
testing protocols and procedures to identify defects and ensure consistency in production.
to safety protocols and guidelines, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment during testing procedures.
to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly, especially during unexpected issues in the production line.
communicate testing results, concerns, and recommendations to other team members, supervisors, or relevant stakeholders.
updated on industry regulations and standards related to battery production and testing (e.g., UL, IEC).
effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with engineers, technicians, and other professionals.
